MindWalk Pictures LLC (“MindWalk Pictures,” “we” or “us”) is a creative studio in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information this website, mindwalkpictures.com, collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

What you send us

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company (if you add one), the type of project, your budget range and timing, and your project description. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that message or call.

What we collect automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, how long they stay, how they found us (for example, from a search engine or Instagram), the type of device and browser they use, and their approximate location, such as their city or country. We also count when the contact form is sent and when a film is played, without recording anything you type into the form. Google Analytics doesn’t tell us your name, your email address or who you are.

Like most websites, the services that host the site (Webflow) and its videos (Vimeo) automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your device loads a page or a video.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry, send quotes and work with you on your project.
  • To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services and people that help us run the site and our studio, and only as much as they need:

  • Webflow, which hosts this site and receives contact form submissions.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics.
  • Vimeo, which hosts the videos on this site.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages we send and receive.
  • Crew members and collaborators working on your project, when they need your details to do their part.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Google Analytics stores small files called cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) to tell new visitors from returning ones. The site also keeps a short note in your browser for the length of your visit, so its intro animation doesn’t replay on every page. That note isn’t used to track you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google’s explanation.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site doesn’t currently change how it works when it receives one.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project emails for as long as we need them to answer you, work with you and keep normal business records. Google Analytics keeps its detailed visit data for 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you’ve sent us. Email mark@mindwalkpictures.com and we’ll respond promptly.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Vimeo and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and the site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Still, no website or email service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date.
